Movember · Men’s health month
What You Don’t
Talk About.
30 days. Say the thing.
November is Movember, men’s health month, and the message underneath the moustaches is one word: talk. Movember’s own research says more than a third of men in the US avoid talking about their feelings so they don’t seem less manly. This is thirty days of putting words on what you carry. One prompt a day. Written for Movember, built for anyone who holds it in.
Free to read, no signup. In the app, the challenge is part of the subscription. Not ready for 30 days? Start with the 60-second honesty test.

In the app
The web is the prompt.
The app is the conversation.
On the web you read the prompt and do the work wherever you like. In the ILTY app, on iPhone and Android, a companion with a fixed personality talks you through what comes up, remembers it, and brings it back on the days it matters.
Join any day in November.
Your 30 days start when you do, at your own pace. Missed days stay open, and you have 60 days from joining to finish.
One track. Five companions.
The track has the same name as the challenge. Mr. Relentless if you want to be pushed, the Mindful Guide if you don’t, and three voices in between.
Day 30 is a mirror.
Your Day-1 sentence next to your Day-30 one, a mood map of your 30 days, and the arc between them. Your own words, handed back.
Part of the subscription.
The in-app challenge starts with ILTY’s 7-day free trial and is part of the subscription after that. The web series on this site is free and public.
Opens November 1. The web series stays free, all year.
