By accessing or using ILTY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

ILTY is an AI-powered mental health companion that provides conversational support, mood tracking, and actionable insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations and is designed as a supplement to (not a replacement for) professional mental health care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ILTY. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ILTY, you agree to:

• •Keep your login credentials secure
• •Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the Service
• •Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes

5. AI Limitations & No Medical Advice

ILTY uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for helpful and accurate information, you acknowledge that:

• •AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation
• •The Service does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice
• •You should not make important life decisions based solely on ILTY conversations
• •The AI companions are not real therapists, counselors, or medical professionals

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ILTY, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ILTY and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as your conversation history), and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Payment Terms

During the beta period, ILTY is free to use. When paid features become available:

• •Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• •Payments are processed through Apple's App Store, subject to their terms
• •Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

8. Termination

You may stop using ILTY at any time and delete your account through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILTY and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILTY and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
