By accessing or using ILTY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ILTY is an AI-powered mental health companion that provides conversational support, mood tracking, and actionable insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations and is designed as a supplement to (not a replacement for) professional mental health care.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ILTY. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

ILTY uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for helpful and accurate information, you acknowledge that:
All content, features, and functionality of ILTY, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ILTY and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as your conversation history), and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
ILTY is free to download. After onboarding, a paid subscription is required to access the Service. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and processed through Apple's App Store.
Both subscription plans include a 1-week free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select ILTY, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance and any price change will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is given.
You may stop using ILTY at any time and delete your account through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILTY and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILTY and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
