No. ILTY is a supplement to professional care, not a substitute. Think of it as a tool for daily mental maintenance between therapy sessions, or for people who aren't ready for traditional therapy. Unlike meditation apps or generic chatbots, ILTY focuses on real conversations that lead to action. Every session ends with concrete to-dos. We track your mood over time so you can see actual progress. And we offer multiple AI companions with different approaches, so you get the support style you need in the moment.
ILTY offers five AI companions, each with a distinct approach: Mr. Relentless (direct, action-oriented), the Stoic Advisor (grounded, perspective-focused), The Architect (strategic, structured, systems-oriented), the Mindful Guide (gentle, validating, awareness-focused), and Ember (an adaptive companion that evolves with your conversations). You can switch between them anytime based on what you need.

Download ILTY from the App Store and open the app. You can try it immediately as a guest, then sign in with Apple to save your data.
Go to Settings in the app, then tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Go to Settings in the app, then tap on your profile. You can update your email address there. You'll need to verify your new email before the change takes effect.
