ILTY (I Listen To You) is an AI-powered mental health companion. It offers real conversations with AI companions that help you process thoughts, gain clarity, and take action. It's designed for daily mental maintenance, not as a replacement for professional therapy.

No. ILTY is a supplement to professional care, not a substitute. Think of it as a tool for daily mental maintenance between therapy sessions, or for people who aren't ready for traditional therapy. Unlike meditation apps or generic chatbots, ILTY focuses on real conversations that lead to action. Every session ends with concrete to-dos. We track your mood over time so you can see actual progress. And we offer multiple AI companions with different approaches, so you get the support style you need in the moment.

ILTY offers five AI companions, each with a distinct approach: Mr. Relentless (direct, action-oriented), the Stoic Advisor (grounded, perspective-focused), The Architect (strategic, structured, systems-oriented), the Mindful Guide (gentle, validating, awareness-focused), and Ember (an adaptive companion that evolves with your conversations). You can switch between them anytime based on what you need.

Download ILTY from the App Store and open the app. You can try it immediately as a guest, then sign in with Apple to save your data.

Go to Settings in the app, then tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Your conversations are stored on your device, not on ILTY servers. They are encrypted at rest and in transit, never sold, and never used to train AI models. We don't show ads. The one thing to be clear about: to generate each reply, your message is sent through our server to Anthropic's API — so it is not end-to-end encrypted, and no AI companion can be, because the message has to reach the model that answers it. On your device. On iPhone and iPad, conversations live in your own iCloud Documents (or locally if iCloud is off) with full file protection. On Android, they live in a SQLCipher-encrypted database on the phone, with the key held in the Android Keystore. ILTY does not store your conversations on its servers. What we do hold server-side is limited to your account record — email, sign-in identity, subscription status — plus onboarding answers if you completed them. Your messages pass through our server in transit so Anthropic can generate a reply, but they are not retained there.

Yes. Because conversations live on your device, the export you get from us covers the account-level data we hold. Email hello@ilty.co and we'll provide it in a portable format within 30 days. You can delete everything at any time from within the app — see /delete-account for the full process.

Response time depends on your internet connection and server load. If you're experiencing consistent slowness, try switching to a different network or waiting a few minutes before trying again.

Your conversation history is tied to your account. If you're logged in and don't see your history, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, contact us at hello@ilty.co.
