One-line pitch
ILTY is the iOS AI mental-health companion that pushes back instead of validating — five distinct AI personalities led by Mr. Relentless, built for people who are tired of “just breathe” apps.

“I had the idea because I needed it. I'd tried every mental wellness app — Calm included — and none of them helped with the actual thing, which was loneliness. A 50-minute therapy appointment couldn't fix it either. ILTY is what I described to my husband when I said: this needs to exist.”
“Let's be honest: most mental wellness apps were built to feel cozy, not to help. They tell women to “love yourself as you are” while their lives are quietly falling apart. ILTY is the opposite of that. It listens, and then it pushes back.”
“Postpartum, perimenopause, blended-family stress, the burnout high-performing women carry quietly — these don't get prime-time wellness content because they don't fit the gratitude-journal aesthetic. ILTY ships the companions women actually need at 2am.”
“We didn't want to build another “just breathe” app. We wanted to build the one that pushes back when you tell it the lie you tell everyone else.”
“Most 31-day challenges hand you a certificate on day 31. We hand you back your own words. The reward is the delta — what you said on day 1 vs what you say on day 31.”
“ILTY is not your therapist and it's not trying to be. It's the companion you talk to between sessions, at 2am, when the spiral starts. The thing that asks the question your therapist would ask if she were awake.”
ILTY is built by a husband-and-wife indie team in Colorado. Alesya had the idea. Artyom built it.

Alesya Skye is co-founder of ILTY (I Listen To You) and the originator of the product. She tried every mental wellness app on the market — Calm, Headspace, Woebot — and tried therapy. None of it addressed the actual problem, which was loneliness. She wrote the product spec, validated the hypothesis with strangers on the internet, and described what would have helped her to her husband Artyom — who built it. Alesya owns product vision, business, and the voice of every AI companion in the app: she decides what they say and how they say it. Her background spans design and creative direction (she ran creative for a travel startup), plus business operations (insurance brokerage). ILTY launched on iOS April 14, 2026, runs on Claude Sonnet 4.6, and is available globally on the App Store.
Short bio (40 words): Alesya Skye is co-founder of ILTY, an iOS AI mental-wellness companion. She originated the product after every mainstream app and therapy itself failed to address her own loneliness, and she now leads product vision and the companion voices.

Artyom Sklyarov is co-founder and the engineering lead at ILTY. He partnered with his wife Alesya Skye in 2025 to build the product she had been describing: a mental-wellness tool that engages with what someone is actually going through instead of defaulting to gratitude prompts and breathing exercises. He designed and shipped the iOS app (SwiftUI, Cloudflare Worker proxy, Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6) end-to-end, including the Day-31 reveal mechanic that anchors the brand. Prior to ILTY, Artyom built products for Marriott, Hilton, HPE, and Juniper Networks. ILTY ships five distinct AI companions — from tough-love (Mr. Relentless) to gentle (Mindful Guide) — that users can switch between mid-conversation, with all conversations stored on-device.

Day 31 isn't a finish line. It's a mirror.
ILTY ran a free 31-Day Mental Health Challenge through May 2026 during Mental Health Awareness Month — no purchase, no prize drawing, no points. The reward, instead, lives in the iOS app. When a participant hits Day 31, they see a three-act reveal:
The web challenge runs end-to-end without the app. The Day-31 reveal is the moment ILTY differentiates from every other mental-health product on the market: instead of a certificate, participants are handed back their own words.
