Day 3: Who Would You Tell

Today's prompt

If something went badly wrong tonight, who would you call? Write the name. Then write the last time you told that person something true about yourself, not about your week, your work or the game. If you cannot remember, write that.

Read the prompt above twice. Once fast, once slow. Notice what your first reaction wants to be. That reaction is data.

A name on the list is not the same as a person who knows you. The gap between the two is the work.

You can sit with this for 5 minutes today and put it down. You can come back tomorrow. There's no completion gate, no streak, no score. The work is the reward — and the work is just paying attention to what came up when you read it.
