Day 27: Who Carries It With You

Today's prompt

Go back to Day 5, the load. Pick one item. Write who could carry part of it, and the exact sentence that would ask them. Not “I’m fine, but…” The real sentence.

Read the prompt above twice. Once fast, once slow. Notice what your first reaction wants to be. That reaction is data.

Asking is not offloading. It is letting someone matter to you in a way they can feel.

You can sit with this for 5 minutes today and put it down. You can come back tomorrow. There's no completion gate, no streak, no score. The work is the reward — and the work is just paying attention to what came up when you read it.
