ReframeDay 16 of 30·In the app: Mr. Relentless

Day 16: Strong

Today's prompt

Write your definition of strong. The real one, the one you measure yourself against. Then write a definition that would let you ask for help and still count as strong. Compare them. Which one did you choose, and which one chose you?

Read the prompt above twice. Once fast, once slow. Notice what your first reaction wants to be. That reaction is data.

Carrying it alone is not strength. It is a strategy. Strategies can be wrong.

You can sit with this for 5 minutes today and put it down. You can come back tomorrow. There's no completion gate, no streak, no score. The work is the reward — and the work is just paying attention to what came up when you read it.

Mr. Relentless

tough-love, direct

“Carrying it alone is not strength. It is a strategy. Strategies can be wrong.”

In the app, Mr. Relentless pushes back on what you wrote. No platitudes. He'll surface the part you skipped.

ILTY keeps your words verbatim. On your Day 30 you see your Day-1 sentence next to the Day-30 one, the mood map of your 30 days, and the arc between them. Join any day in November; the 30 days are yours, at your own pace, with 60 days to finish. In the app it starts with a 7-day free trial.

Mr. Relentless has a harder definition. Argue with him.→
