The climate has a name. When your body lives most of its time outside the range where you can feel things and still function — when "spun up" and "shut down" are your two default settings and the calm middle is the rare visitor — that's not a personality and it's not a mood. It's nervous system dysregulation: a chronic state, not a single event.
What dysregulation actually is (the state, not the moment)
Everyone leaves the regulated zone sometimes. You get flooded in an argument, you crash after a hard week. That's normal — the system spikes and then comes back. In the body. This is where it shows first and gets dismissed most. Tension that never fully releases. A gut that reacts to stress before you consciously feel stressed.
