The ILTY 31-Day Mental Health Challenge Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ILTY ("Sponsor").
Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Online Entry: Visit ilty.co/challenge, create a free account, and complete one or more daily challenges during the Sweepstakes Period. Each completed challenge earns points. Additional points may be earned by sharing challenge cards and referring friends.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing challenges, hand-print your name, email address, and mailing address on a 3"x5" card and mail to: ILTY Challenge Entry, [Address TBD]. Each mailed entry receives 10 points. Limit one mailed entry per person per day.
Points earned during the Sweepstakes Period serve as entries in a random drawing. More points = more entries, but do not guarantee a win. The random drawing will be conducted on or about June 7, 2026 by Sponsor.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,196. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 14 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal reflections written during challenges are private and will not be shared publicly.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
