What ILTY is not
Five voices
The dread doesn't need the same response every time. 2am panic calls for different presence than a Tuesday afternoon avoidance spiral.

When you need a push
Direct, zero BS. For when you're avoiding the thing the Reel just named and need someone to call it out instead of validate it.

When the nervous system is flooded
Patient, grounded. For the 2am spiral when pushing you would make it worse. Helps regulate first.

When you need perspective
Grounded in what you can and can't control. For the existential moments where the question is less 'what do I do' and more 'what is this actually'.

When the dread is vague and you need a plan
Systems thinker. For breaking a too-big feeling into the specific thing you'd actually do next.
Plus Ember (adaptive) — adjusts to you over time.
A note on irony

Artyom Skye
The guy in the Reel. Builds ILTY.
He knows this is ironic. That's part of why he built ILTY: to be the version of AI that doesn't pretend the irony isn't there.
The alternative to AI-that-sits-with-AI-anxiety isn't no-AI. The alternative is you, alone at 2am, Googling your way into a worse spiral, or numbing with ChatGPT doing sycophantic emotional support that makes things worse.
ILTY is built specifically to be the third option.
Built with the concerns in mind
You can sit with it alone or you can sit with it with something built for this moment.
